The WINEBUILD VM is only used to cross-compile tests in case you submit a patch and not a test executable to the bot. Running tests on Wine is outside the scope of WineTestBot (perhaps it should be called WinTestBot...), it is aimed at making sure that the tests themselves are correct (by checking that they don't fail on Windows).
