What this test is supposed to show? Is there a bug that prevents real world
application not to function properly under Wine? Besides, lstrcmpW() is just
a wrapper for CompareStringW(), and there is a bunch of tests for it already.
Testing explicit unicode values is not useful, Wine uses different unicode
tables than Windows does.
