Yes. And this particular patch is optional - the previous one alone
allegedly helps Macs, since .xpm is completely foreign there. So
please apply the prevoius one even if this one is rejected.

The wineprefix is already lost. With the Git from about 36 hours ago,
you can double-click any .lnk file to run it. This patch merely adds
thumbnails.
