I know I had a little trouble getting ipv6 running on my VMs until I
allowed ICMP6 router-advertisement, neighbour-solicitation and
neighbour-advertisement in through ip6tables.
Does `/sbin/ip -6 route` or `/sbin/route --af inet6` show the proper
routes?
