po: zh_TW translation updates

Hi,

Thank you for your notification.

I'll fix it in a few days and provide the patch again.  Tuesday or
Wednesday the latest I think, since I have some important things to do
these days.  If it can't catch the release schedule of wine 1.4 please
tell me and I'll send it as soon as possible.
