Building winetest-latest.exe?

For that one can also look at testbot/bin/buil/Reconfig.pl, 
specifically BuildNative() and BuildCross() (in the tools repository).

Maybe the WineTestBot code needs a similar fix?
In testbot/src/TestLauncher/TestLauncher.c?
