Where to put Chinese translation of the Wine user guide?

It belongs here: http://source.winehq.org/git/docs.git/tree
The guides have a po system it seems. see the "fr" folder for the french translation.
It might make it a harder work than just copy&paste, though it's maybe a good idea that this get's touched again.
