Rocksmith ALSA patches test

Hi,

I just built 1.7.29 on Gentoo with all 6 patches.

I ran the game from the start, new profile, beginner, etc. So far, it
seems stable, but there is a lot of noise when the guitar is not in use.
Also, tuning is difficult, as the game is not responding as quickly as
it should, pluck then wait until the tuner moves. This is also a problem
when doing that first "Aerosmith" riff at the start.
