IDirect3DRMTexture stub patches.

[Aaryaman Vasishta]

These patches will be needed before I can add tests for, and implement
version 1 of Create/LoadTexture. Please provide feedback on any
modifications required.

(Patches 0000-0006 are already in wine-patches but not committed yet).
