Actually, the proper thing would be "include". Your d3d11 patch should state "d3d11: ...", but you don't have to resend because of this.

Overall your patch submissions are difficult to follow. It isn't really clear to me in which order they should be applied, and which patch supersedes which.

Generally, when a patch supersedes a previous patch please state so in the header line, e.g. "Include: Add missing dxgi 1.2 functions and structs to the idl (try 2)" . When patches depend on each other, like the dxgi and winapifamily patches, submit them in a series and mark them [1/3], [2/3] and [3/3]. git-send-email takes care of that if you use it, and git-format-patch will also create appropriate headers.
