Usually we don't take patches that change nothing except formatting.

I think your first patch was rejected because it adds even more
inconsistent formatting. The indent is too small. The "case
CBN_DBLCLK" line should be indented the same as the "case
LBN_SELCHANGE" line. Instead it's indented 8 spaces when it should be
indented 16 spaces.
