Migrating away from Sourceforge

Hello,

I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere: was the repository at  
sourceforge officially abandoned ?

Source code for release 1.7.48 is not present in the repository and  
the WineHQ link pointing to it is broken. Moreover I don't seem able  
to create new directories nor upload files both through the Web  
interface or sftp.
