[PATCH 4/4] d3drm/tests: Add refcount tests for IDirect3DRMDevice*

It seems that the VM's don't support bpp changes to 8bpp and 16bpp? Also,
the caps inconsistency is a bit odd here. The caps tests don't fail on
Stefan's XP machine, and my windows 8.1 machine.
