CMD - implement more robust parser

I am Abhishek and I am interested in project titled "CMD - implement more
robust parser". I am new to The wine project and trying to fix few
available bugs on BugList. Which kind of bugs should I approach first? And
how can I contact mentor for project Mr. Jason Edmeades?
