Patch tracker emails

Does that mean that commited patches will also be sent to the list?
For people that sign both wine-devel and wine-patches there will be
double commited email messages. Maybe only sending the commited email
to the patch author could solve this, the others like rejected or
pending should really be sent to everyone. I don't really have a
problem about receiving all emails as I just create a new email
filter.
