WineHQ packages for 1.9.24

I'm not sure the rest of us necessarily know anything you don't. As
far as I'm aware these packages are supposed to be built by the
staging project, presumably automatically. I'm not aware of any
communication from the staging people as to why they aren't, but I do
notice there hasn't been a staging release for 1.9.24 either.
