steam web browsing on OS X

Hi,

I took another look at this and experimented with generating the code in
runtime. See attached patches. They implement only pre-win8 non-wow6
variant of syscall, but adding others should be pretty straightforward
with this solution. I tested it with Steam, which seems to work fine.
Please let me know what you think.
