The tests fail here:

../../../tools/runtest -q -P wine -T ../../.. -M user32.dll -p user32_test.exe.so msg && touch msg.ok
msg.c:14206: Test failed: 0: got 0x80050
msg.c:14206: Test failed: 4: got 0x80050
msg.c:14206: Test failed: 5: got 0x80050
msg.c:12921: Tests skipped: Skipping DBCS WM_CHAR test in SBCS codepage 'ANSI Latin 1'
msg.c:13237: Tests skipped: Unable to load Greek keyboard layout
make: *** [msg.ok] Error 3

Implementing ImmDisableIME first would probably fix it, but the test
succeeds for me on Windows even without calling ImmDisableIME, so there
may be something else going on here.
