WineHQ upgrade breaking dinput8:dinput?

Recompiling the crosstest with -O0 gets rid of the failures:
 - bd332f53 -O0 dinput8:dinput test
   https://testbot.winehq.org/JobDetails.pl?Key=21616

So it does look like a compiler issue.
