For the most part I think it was fairly on topic, although I'm hoping
for some input from Masanori as well.

I will say that a generic WINED3D_LOCATION_FRAGMENTED doesn't sound
that appealing to me, in part because the issue should really only
apply to maps. We did have something similar between the texture and
the drawable of depth/stencil surfaces without "AlwaysOffscreen", but
thankfully that's gone.
