[PATCH 3/3] gdiplus: Add partial support for GdipDrawImagePointsRect on metafile

Can we keep the code for generating an EmfplusImage structure separate
from this? We'll want to reuse it for EmfPlusDrawImage and
EmfPlusTextureBrushOptionalData.
