[PATCH] gdiplus: In GdipPrivateAddMemoryFont allow loading fonts with long names

I did some testing on Windows, and both of the font files on the bug
seem to just be named "LCD". On Wine with your patch,
GdipPrivateAddFontFile returns success but doesn't add the font to the
collection.
