Email delivery is broken for some users including me.
There are providers that plain out refuse email from IPs without a
reverse DNS entry. The new winehq.org server IP has none:

$ host winehq.org
winehq.org has address 4.15.184.77
$ host 140.15.184.77
Host 77.184.15.140.in-addr.arpa. not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)
