[PATCH 1/2] msvcrtd: Forward operator_new_dbg to msvcrt

Hi Alistair,

Both of the patches are looking good for me but after applying first 
patch wine is calling HeapAlloc and HeapFree on different heaps. Could 
you please reorganize the patches or merge them together?
