[PATCH 2/2] explorer: send WM_NCDESTROY message to delete hwnd-related global atom

Applying the patch failed because the patch is dependent on another
one (ID 155628:  [PATCH v2] explorer: unload graphics driver and
delete registry keys). If the patch is accepted, I will test this
patch series again and resubmitting it.
