[PATCH] d3dx9/tests: Use true spherical light values and relax expectations

In case anyone was wondering, here's the program I used to calculate
the true values. Essentially, I copied and pasted the tests and
implementation, changing the floating-point precision to 128 bits.

Compile with `gcc -lquadmath`.
