* Rebased to current wine 3.21 (850 patches are applied to wine vanilla)
* Reviewed and upstreamed patches.

Upstreamed (Either directly from staging or fixed with a similar patch).
* ddraw: Prevent division by zero in viewport_activate.
* kernelbase: Implement PathCchRemoveBackslash()/PathCchRemoveBackslashEx()
* oleaut32: Handle TKIND_COCLASS in proxy/stub marshalling.
* oleaut32: Initial preparation to make marshalling compatible with x86_64.
* oleaut32: Implement TMStubImpl_Invoke on x86_64.
* oleaut32: Implement asm proxys for x86_64.
* oleaut32: Fix calling function with instance and VARIANT return type.
* oleaut32: Pass a HREFTYPE to get_iface_guid.
* oleaut32: Implement ITypeInfo_fnInvoke for TKIND_COCLASS in arguments.
* oleaut32/tests: Add a test for TKIND_COCLASS in proxy/stub marshalling.
* wined3d: Add stubs for QUERY_TYPE_SO_STATISTICS and QUERY_TYPE_SO_OVERFLOW.
* xinput1_3: Report SUCCESS from XInputSetState when FFB isn't available.

* 42255 - ntdll: Add RtlAddGrowableFunctionTable stub.
* 46174 - qwave: Added QOSCreateHandle stub.
* 45947 - virtdisk: Add stub for OpenVirtualDisk.
* 44300 - wmvcore: Add stub for WMCheckURlExtension.
* 37327 - wmvcore: Implement WMCreateSyncReaderPriv.
