* Rebased to current wine 3.18 (880 patches are applied to wine vanilla)
* Reviewed and upstreamed patches.

* advapi32: SDDL assigns the "AC" abbreviation to WinBuiltinAnyPackageSid
* advapi32/tests: Add a test that compares a well-known SID to a SID
created from a SDDL abbreviation.
* d3d10core/tests: Add test for depth bias clamp
* ntdll: Add RtlSetUnhandledExceptionFilter stub.
* opengl32: Add wrappers for glDebugMessageCallback to handle calling
convention differences.
* tools/wrc: Fix generation of custom dialog control data.
* user32: Fix the pointer to custom dialog control data
* user32/tests: Add a test for custom dialog control data
* wined3d: Add support for depth bias clamping.

* 45879 - setupapi: Added CM_Request_Device_EjectA/W stub
* 17205 - user32: Support WM_COPY in MessageBox dialogs.
