[PATCH v6 1/3] mscoree: Add test for registration-less COM components

I'm using wine from master with your full patchset applied and
wine-mono from master (built using the vagrant vm). I'm doing "make
test" from the build tree. It appears to be
run_type_current_working_directory that fails.
