Sorry, thought I should include configure.

Just tested cyrillic, it works in wine - but on windows it doesn't work. Or maybe I'm testing 
it wrong... Also, windows find.exe doesn't like unicode at all, utf-8 works though.
Not sure how to deal with that, suggestions?
