I have had a very difficult time reproducing this failure. As best as I 
can tell, it is triggered by one of the calls to Release() at the end of 
test_pin_info(). If it is seemly, I suppose this patch can be skipped, 
though I'm doubtful that anything can be done to work around the failure.
