v2 changes:
    - use store_stream_offset bit field instead of stream_offset_ignore boolean;
    - removed an unused variable;
    - use array size in execute_test_chain_all();
    - fixed test expected data reference in capture_reapply_stateblock_events[] and 
        put exact comparison in light_check_data() back.
