[PATCH] kernelbase: Fix GlobalMemoryStatusEx regression

ullAvailPageFile calculates down to -> page_size + freeswap, limiting it either to page_size (in case of no swap partition) or to swap size. Most of the bethesda game are detecting wrong amounts of ram due to this and crashing in case of no swap partition.
