[PATCH] d3d8: Improve ValidatePixelShader().

Based largely on a patch by Sebastian Lackner.
Adapted from "Improve ValidateVertexShader()" by Henri Verbeet.

Native crashes when ps_code is NULL, so those tests were omitted.
