Wine staging 4.12 release

The commit "setupapi: Add support for IDF_CHECKFIRST flag in SetupPromptForDiskW."
(from the setupapi-SetupPromptForDisk set of patches) appears to break building
wine-staging, since the linker isn't able to find the snwprintf function.

Reverting the commit makes things buildable again. I have tried replacing snwprintf
with _snwprintf, which successfully builds as well, but I couldn't do any testing yet.
