I didn't notice a problem in any particular application, I just
noticed that there is an EBCDIC codepage for Esperanto and Wine is not
using it. Windows doesn't seem to define an EBCDIC codepage for
Esperanto at all, so maybe 500 is the right codepage to use anyway.
