Sort of, yeah. For the most part it's perfectly possible to compile 
multiarch Wine with Ubuntu. There are just a few optional dependencies 
that haven't been made fully multiarch-compatible yet. Last I tried, the 
ones I ran into were libgstreamer (at least partially) and libxml2.
