[PATCH] gdi32: Fix out-of-bounds reads in bitmapinfo_from_user_bitmapinfo (Valgrind)

Clearly this was the wrong way to solve the problem. I think I've
figured out a better way, but I'm not going to send a new patch until
I've had more time to look it over ;-)
