[PATCH v2 7/7] kernel32/tests: Test GetUserGeoID(), GetUserDefaultGeoName().

These GEOID_NOT_AVAILABLE errors were my fault, and I fixed them in
"[PATCH v3 5/7]". I made a really dumb mistake before :D

Apologies (once again) for this mess.
I've re-tested the patches on my machine and it should be working now.
