[PATCH v3 0/8] Updated based on feedback

v3 has the following changes since v2 based on the feedback from Alistair
Leslie-Hughes:

    - Make functions in advapi32 that are no longer in the header static
    - Remove SERV_dup() entirely, and add strdupAW() in service.c when it is
    moved into sechost
