v3: Tweak some trace messages; simplify critical section handling in
IAudioStreamSample::Update() a bit; use get_refcount() where possible; avoid
WaitForSingleObject(INFINITE) in tests.
This supersedes <https://source.winehq.org/patches/data/184022>, and depends on
<https://source.winehq.org/patches/data/183955>.
