[PATCH] winevulkan: handle bitmask pointers for spec generation

Fixes a bug where pointer types for the following functions would be marked as long:
vkGetDeviceGroupPeerMemoryFeatures
vkGetDeviceGroupSurfacePresentModesKHR
vkGetPhysicalDeviceSurfacePresentModesKHR
