[PATCH 1/4] MAINTAINERS: Remove Nikolay Sivov as an msxml maintainer.

[Dmitry Timoshkov]

Please find a more responsible maintainer for msxml. In general, assigning
a patch for review to Nikolay takes weeks for a result (if any), while review
from other maintainers usually takes reasonable 1-3 days.
