 - Fix the successful todo_wine errors.
 - Merge the patches together, as both patches are now RFC.

I'm not sure how to approach either the Traditional Arabic issue (as I'm currently unable to replicate it, even after installing multiple Arabic language packs), or the font aliasing issues that this patch now exposes (the RUSSIAN_CHARSET errors).
