Yes, I was only concerned with the value written out in the code; we
still need to use wine_dbgstr_longlong in trace messages.

In modules compiled with msvcrt (which is most of them, and all tests)
we can in theory use %ll or %I64, except that as you've noticed these
generate (spurious) warnings when mingw is not used.
