[PATCH v2 1/3] winex11.drv: Add a Vulkan UUID property for GPUs.

I'm not familiar enough with the SetupDiOpenDeviceInfoW usage to sign 
off on that; but the Vulkan changes in xrandr.c look reasonable to me.
