[PATCH vkd3d 1/5] vkd3d: Introduce our own pipeline bind point enumeration.

The VK_PIPELINE_BIND_POINT_RANGE_SIZE enumeration value was removed in
Vulkan-Headers release 1.2.140.

Not terribly impressed with Khronos' commitment to Vulkan API stability;
this is not the first time this kind of thing happens either, e.g.
VK_ERROR_INVALID_DEVICE_ADDRESS_EXT was removed/renamed as well.
