[PATCH] winegstreamer: Clear the "colorimetry" and "chroma-site" fields in amt_to_gst_caps_video().

[Zebediah Figura]

These fields don't prevent us from connecting, but they may force videoconvert
to do an expensive conversion where not necessary.
