Looks like you made to a bunch more clean-up of existing whitespace
and naming-convention inconsistencies in ITypeInfo_GetNames.

I had tried to make only the necessary changes without any style-cleanup
(even in hunks being moved into typeinfo_getnames), and to blend new
code with its immediate surroundings even though that varied.
 
But v3 is fine by me too, it's a more consistently terse style.
