FYI, jxrlib isn't avaiable for i686 in ubuntu. 

According to:

Attempting to install it anyway generates confirmation from apt:
"sudo apt install libjxr0.i686

E: Unable to locate package libjxr0.i686"

The dev package and x64 runtime libs are present, so anyone attempting
to build wine on ubuntu would need to either build and install a 32-bit 
 copy of the runtime libs, or disable support for this patch set when
building wine.
